Professional Experience: Mr. Holloway is a Founding Partner and practices in California and Alaska handling primarily workers’ compensation defense litigation under the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act, the California Workers’ Compensation Code, and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions under the Defense Base Act, the Non-Appropriated Funds Workers’ Compensation Program, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act. Mr. Holloway has developed an expansive workers’ compensation defense practice representing an extensive number of employers and insurers, including Northern Adjusters, Chartis, Compass Group USA, Federal Express, United Health Care, Universal Health Services, The Salvation Army, Ports America, Frito Lay, AT&T, The Home Depot, Bristal Bay Native Corporation, Westward Seafoods, Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, Coeur D’Alene Mines, University of Alaska, Alaska Dispatch News, Sedgwick CMS, CNA, Providence Health System, Trident Seafoods Corporation, National Interstate Insurance, Ahtna, Chenega Corporation, Zurich American Insurance, Liberty Mutual, Wilton Adjustment, Vanliner Insurance, Target, and ACS.
